Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials and equipment throughout our data centers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about logistics and inventory management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Performing regular audits to ensure inventory controls are met
  • Movement of equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment
  • Working within a ticket-based environment
  • Performing destruction of data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, solid state drives)
  • Performing material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting inventory control, logistics, shipping, warehouse/supply chain management
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills
  • Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance
  • Able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
