About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Maximizing sales opportunities through effective product knowledge and promotion
  • Selling Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories and providing legendary customer experiences

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with motivating challenges and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Able to work effectively in a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Fashionable and up-to-date with current trends and styles
  • Able to lift 20kg and move stock around the store
