- Effective customer care involves connecting with customers, communicating clearly, collaborating with colleagues, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- You will maximise sales opportunities by providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products.
- Maintaining excellent store presentation, including visual merchandising and stockroom organisation, is essential.
- Selling Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories to customers and promoting them throughout the store is also required.
- Excellent customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving, and empathy, are necessary.
- A fast-paced work environment is ideal for this role.
- The motivation to succeed and meet targets is crucial.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- You must be able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- A passion for fashion footwear and a keen eye for style is desirable.
- Some experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
