Job Title: Pre Sales Solution Architect

Triskele Labs is a leading provider of cybersecurity services in Australia, dedicated to helping clients reduce their risk of cyber compromise through the delivery of risk considered controls.

The Pre Sales Solution Architect will work closely with the commercial team to ensure appropriate solutions are being developed to meet client needs. This will involve working across Advisory, Offensive, and Defensive solutions, with a focus on technology solutions rather than widgets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the commercial team on new prospects as well as existing customers to ensure their needs are met. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to overall sales and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support commercial team with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Run client SOC presentations from a technical perspective
  • Undertake Penetration Testing scoping with clients at a technical level
  • Work with clients to understand Advisory needs around risk assessments, strategy development, and other GRC efforts
  • Act as the technical stakeholder during Incident Response commercial discussions - including Incident Response Plans, Playbooks, and Wargames
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role
  • Proven track record as a technical security expert
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in cybersecurity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
