About the Position

A 6-month fixed term opportunity based in Melbourne is available for a marketing professional ready to make an immediate impact. As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will support national talent acquisition efforts by delivering recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies
  • SUPPORTING THE CAREERS WEBSITE AND ENSURING EMPLOYER BRAND CONSISTENCY
  • CREATING ENGAGING CONTENT AND COLLATERAL TO ATTRACT TOP TALENT
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar. You should have strong copywriting and digital marketing skills, experience with CMS platforms and campaign analytics (Page Up), and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A collaborative, solutions-focused, and proactive approach is essential.
