Role Overview

As a Lead Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Digital Insurer (DI) Business Pricing project leaders in the execution and enhancement of Pricing & Analytics strategies to meet organizational goals. This position also offers support to the Price Change Delivery & Governance Manager in achieving both group and divisional targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project leaders in organizing project stand-ups to monitor progress utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Contribute to the formulation and documentation of the project governance framework, ensuring compliance with governance standards for pricing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and lead workshops and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative assistance and manage the project SharePoint site.
  • Support the execution and documentation of change management processes for Pricing & Analytics.
  • Prepare project documentation and maintain a centralized source of information.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in project coordination and/or portfolio/change management.
  • Familiarity with best practice methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince 2, PMBOK).
  • Proven ability to cultivate successful customer relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is highly valued.
  • Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence.
