Director of Pharmacy Operations
This role is responsible for overseeing the management of pharmacy operations, including financial planning, supply chain optimization, and staff supervision. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee the management of pharmacy inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare leadership or management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
