Retail Pharmacy Director ~ Pharmacy
Job Description:We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Professional to lead our retail pharmacy team. As a Retail Pharmacy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the pharmacy budget, analyze reimbursement trends, and manage contracts with wholesalers, third-party insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize inventory management and supply chain processes to minimize waste and maximize resources.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service to patients and customers.
