Key Role Summary

This position is for a highly skilled technology leader to oversee the development of headless APIs and web applications.

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring that web applications are built to high standards and team performance is maximized.
  • Web Application Development: Lead projects to design and develop web applications using modern technologies like .NET Core, SQL or NoSQL databases for backend data management, and UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Cloud Architecture: Oversee migration and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to define system requirements, application architecture, and development strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, code quality, testing, and automated deployment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud services, specifically AWS or Azure, to guide implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

This individual will also possess strong leadership skills to manage development teams effectively.

Additionally, this role involves providing technical guidance for advanced troubleshooting support for critical application issues, identifying and resolving problems promptly.

Essential Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience in IT management, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in building web applications using Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, and front-end UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related frameworks.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and management.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), with experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing applications in the cloud.
