Key responsibilities include:

To excel in this position, candidates should:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability roles, applying reliability principles within sectors such as mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, including the extraction and summarization of data from various sources.
- Have a proven track record in project management, showcasing skills in timelines, deliverables, and budget oversight.
- Be familiar with electrical engineering concepts, particularly in High Voltage systems, circuit breakers, substations, and hydropower reliability.
- Have experience leading cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and maintenance management software.
