We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Concentric Rehab Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, team performance, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure commercial activity aligns with budgetary requirements, oversee clinic operations, manage complaints, and coordinate with the clinical governance team and therapists.
  • Performance Coaching: Guide team members to achieve key indicators of success (KIS) and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
  • Leadership and Team Engagement: Provide leadership, foster collaboration, and drive team performance and clinical outcomes.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain clinic security, ensure safe equipment use, and uphold a clean and safe environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal and professional compliance, adherence to session note-taking policies, and Concentric procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
