Strategic Financial Services Marketing Lead

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing professional with deep experience in financial services, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies to drive brand familiarity and deepen client engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities.
- Manage external relationships to deliver timely and compliant creative assets.
- Oversee the production and delivery of regular email communications using platforms like Marketo, Smartsheet, and Cvent.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Liaise with Legal & Compliance to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral and website content.
- Track and analyse campaign performance and email engagement metrics.
- Lead video and podcast content production.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Australian investment landscape.
