Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Traffic Engineer to join our team in Sydney, offering a unique opportunity to grow your career in transport advisory while contributing to impactful projects across the region.

  • Key responsibilities include conducting intersection analysis and/or traffic modelling, analysing signal timing, parking and traffic data, and undertaking intersection and corridor studies.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities in traffic engineering and transport planning, with experience in development assessment and proficiency in software such as SIDRA, VISSIM and AutoTurn.

About the Role

  • This role is for an experienced consultant looking to progress towards managing projects supported by respected industry leaders, while continuing to develop their technical skills.
  • You will be responsible for documenting traffic impact assessments (TIAs), preparing proposals, technical reports and presentations, and managing clients and stakeholders with support.

Achieving Excellence

  • To excel in this position, you must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in traffic engineering and transport planning.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, combined with ideally 3–6 years of experience in transportation engineering, is essential.
