Business Relationship Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the Senior Business Relationship Manager position within our Tech Hub team. This role involves fostering strong relationships between IT and business units, ensuring that IT services and solutions effectively meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain influential partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute demand management strategies that align IT initiatives with business priorities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and the business, prioritizing initiatives based on value and building effective relationships with business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in business relationship management within a global organization.
  • Show a strong understanding of business processes and IT support integration.
  • Demonstrate experienced in IT service management and delivery.
  • Provide strategic advice across functions as a senior expert.
  • Solve complex business problems with minimal guidance and be a Team leader managing experienced technical experts or medium-sized operational teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement consistent Tech Governance and demand management strategies, collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives, and develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
