You will work closely with our regional sales director to identify, encourage, and support student enrollment into language and vocational programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international education industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also have experience in researching and analyzing market trends, developing sales plans and strategies, and promoting educational programs through effective presentations, seminars, and fairs.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and manage agent accounts in the region
- Research and analyze market trends to develop sales plans and strategies
- Promote ILSC Education Group's educational programs through effective presentations, seminars, and fairs
- Actively listen to client needs and share information with management in a timely manner
- Manage ILSC Education Group's reputation in the region
- Facilitate feedback loops internally and externally
- Attend recruitment and promotion activities to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A formal education in sales and marketing, business, communications, or a related field (not mandatory)
- Experience in the international education/recruitment industry
- Strong knowledge and experience of Australian International Education
- Existing network and relationships within the education industry
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
- Knowledge of social media platforms and video distribution channels
- Great interpersonal skills, with a positive and fun attitude
