Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior People and Culture Partner. This role will play a key part in helping our leaders create positive workplace experiences, drive organisational outcomes, and support the wellbeing of our workforce.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take on a challenging role. As a Senior People and Culture Partner, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and people solutions through our People Solutions Centre model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnerships: You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: You will manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Develop Leadership Capability: You will coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Workforce Planning: You will use workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
  • Support Projects and Change: You will contribute to the implementation of national People and Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across the organisation.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.
