Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior People and Culture Partner. This individual will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive workplace experience, driving organisational outcomes, and supporting the wellbeing of our diverse workforce.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs. Your expertise in employee relations and compliance will be crucial in managing sensitive issues and ensuring legal and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance
  • Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Use workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Substantial HR generalist experience
  • A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues
