Regional Sales Lead

This role requires a dynamic sales professional to manage market share in assigned territories.
The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts, maximising business opportunities and providing added value through their product knowledge and understanding of customer preferences.
A strategic business plan will be devised, monitored, and shared with the Regional Manager. Additionally, the individual will address product issues using their expertise and resourcefulness.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Activities: Conducting negotiations, customer focus, and education to achieve sales growth and market share with existing and new customers.
- Relationship Building: Establishing strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value.
- Clinical Expertise: Evolving into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
- Territory Management: Developing and implementing a strategic business plan, monitoring the territory, and sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
- Operational Presence: Present in operating theatres to assist surgeons and theatre staff, maximising product use and application, and providing technical expertise as required.
- Inventory Oversight: Maintaining product inventory levels.
- An allied health career or qualification, coupled with a strong desire to transition into medical device sales.
- A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connections with healthcare professionals and lasting relationships.
- A self-starting individual with a results-driven mindset, striving to exceed expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
