Maintenance Team Leader

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to grow within the organisation and take on a leadership position in our maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement organisational systems, programs and procedures to achieve improved safety performance.
  • Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet business division requirements in an efficient manner, including resource allocation.
  • Coordinate all work area activities, including planned maintenance and repairs to equipment within the workshop.
  • Liaise with the Capacity Planner and develop weekly and daily resource plans to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills with appropriate maintenance background and people management experience.
  • Trade background or engineering qualification is highly desirable, along with proven experience in maintenance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise varied maintenance tasks to meet customer requirements.
