Job Title: Field Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

\
  • To ensure efficient maintenance of our client's fleet of mining equipment, working on-site and in the workshop.
  • Performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of a range of specialist mining equipment.
\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Follow and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry out general mechanical duties, maintenance, repairs and fault diagnostics work on all Sandvik Mining equipment.
  • Providing feedback for efficient maintenance planning improvements.
  • Record keeping of parts usage, equipment monitoring and time records.
\

Requirements:

\
  • Australian recognized Mechanical Trade Certification is required.
  • Demonstrated previous experience with Sandvik Underground mining equipment would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong and proven safety culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and motivation and determination to achieve targets and goals.
