Job Description

We require skilled nurses who can provide direct clinical care to clients in their homes, adhering to best practice procedures. The role involves conducting thorough assessments and implementing effective care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, including wound care and medication management
  • Developing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client information

Requirements

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A genuine interest in providing exceptional care to older adults
  • Current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in nursing
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
