Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role involves regular morning and weekend shifts, with an immediate start available.

In this key leadership position, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Develop knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support colleagues to perform at their best.
Qualifications Required:
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
