As a Car Park Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with traffic management and navigation within the car park, ensuring a safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the car park, reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our customer service goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Provisional license (Manual/Auto)
  • Availability to work shifts, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
