Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and experience.
Job Description:
Respond promptly to phone, internet, and email inquiries from customers, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
Greet customers upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth service experience.
Provide quotes to customers for parts and labor, and process payments when customers collect their vehicles.
Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the day, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Liaise effectively with technicians in the workshop, resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
- Manage customer interactions and inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Communicate proactively with customers and technicians.
- Exceptional track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is favorable.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable rapport with a diverse range of personalities.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence.
