Customer Service Sales Specialist

**Job Summary:**

This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, ensuring accurate information and effective issue resolution.
  • Assist the sales team in building strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, needs understanding, and concern addressing.
  • Liaise with transport providers to track shipments, handle missing freight cases, and manage damage-in-transit claims.
  • Collaborate with operations and credit teams to resolve payment issues, ensuring seamless delivery of products.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations regarding transport compliance and safety.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role within a blue-collar or transport culture.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and customer service abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster between 8am to 6pm, 5 days.
