Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by offering a personalized experience, taking a genuine interest in getting to know our customers, and recommending items that match their needs.

The role involves achieving sales targets and Store KPIs (conversion, customer service score, average transaction value). Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customers' needs and recommending relevant products.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, informing customers about sales and promotions.
  • Providing consistently excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrating our values in action during every customer interaction.
  • Maintaining store presentation according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Assisting, resolving, or escalating all customer concerns in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be able to engage with customers, and appreciate the nuances of retail. You should also be team-oriented and enjoy hitting and exceeding sales targets.
