We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Emergency Services Clerical team at Northern Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Emergency Department, Short Stay Unit, Victorian Virtual Emergency Department, and Chest Pain Evaluation Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
- Managing patient records and data entry
- Assisting with patient flow and coordination
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Highly skilled ability in the Microsoft suite of software or similar
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Availability to work a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
