About Us

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Access And Equity Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating student support services, including support for students with a learning difficulty and/or disability, to ensure access to vocational education and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and coordinate student support services to ensure access to vocational education and training.
  • Provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of student support services.
Requirements:

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A current Queensland Driver's licence as travel is required across the region.
  • A Current Blue Card or Exemption Card to comply with the Working with Children (Risk Management Screening) Act 2000.
  • A Current Queensland Disability Worker Screening Card.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of student support services through the effective identification of risks, researching and analysing issues to determine solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet business objectives and maintain current knowledge of student support practices, systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining productive internal and external key stakeholder relationships, and working collaboratively to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
