Job Role Overview

This is a pivotal role within our Trade Counter team in Toowoomba, supporting engineers and project managers by providing timely access to products for significant projects.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Generating accurate quotes for customers
  • Effectively managing stock control and pick/pack operations
  • Maintaining a well-organized and safe branch environment
  • Conducting occasional deliveries to customers using company vehicles
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to accurately select orders, maintain shop floor displays, and provide precise product information
  • Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Valid driver's license and adaptability to work various shifts including weekends
