IEPro Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join a consultancy specializing in civil projects based in a regional area.
We are working with a Civil Construction Consultancy that requires an experienced Project Manager for upcoming Local Government infrastructure, water infrastructure, and complex infrastructure projects. This role will be based in a regional area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate design processes to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Assist in documentation, support tender processes, assess submissions, and finalize contracts.
- Oversee superintendency, manage project claims and certification, provide detailed reporting, and administer contracts.
- Ensure smooth project execution through meticulous planning and organization.
- Proven experience leading the delivery of civil projects for TMR / RMS and / or local government projects.
- Ideal candidate holds RPEQ or can obtain it reasonably soon.
- Highly proficient in leading project teams and ensuring quality, time, and budgets are met.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
- Civil engineering qualifications or similar.
