About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at St Kilda Medical Group. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with chronic conditions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to improve health outcomes
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinic information
  • Ensure infection control standards are met and cold chain management is maintained
  • Administer vaccinations, spirometry, ECGs, and provide wound care as required
  • Assist doctors with minor surgical procedures and work autonomously as part of a team
About You
  • You are a well-presented and confident individual with excellent communication and written skills
  • You have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • You are able to work calmly under pressure and have a high level of accuracy when recording and maintaining patient information
  • You are a team player with excellent organisational skills and the capacity to take initiative
  • You have knowledge of clinical software using Best Practice or similar
Essential Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Unrestricted ability to work in Australia
  • COVID 19 vaccination certificate
