Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert in the field of sealant and coating formulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in reactive, one-component systems and butyl technologies.

The successful candidate will lead research projects that deliver business results and advance project objectives through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise research projects to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement product development processes for multiple project activities.
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate and optimize technology performance attributes.
  • Analyze process capability, design selection criteria, and structure-property relationships for developed products.
  • Ensure proper documentation of technical and experimental activities.
  • P present work to facilitate discussion of project management across functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or polymer science.
  • 4+ years' experience in at least 3 of the following technologies: polyurethane, hybrid, butyl, or water-based technologies.
