Houseperson/ Public Area Cleaner Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable professional to join our Housekeeping Team as a Houseperson. Your role will involve attending to guest and housekeeping enquiries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding promptly to guest and housekeeping enquiries
  • Distributing linen and amenities
  • Maintaining high cleaning standards
  • Managing inventory and stock levels
  • Relocating furniture as required
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a 4/5 star resort or hotel setting
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining excellent standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
