Job Opportunity

This is an Inbound Sales Specialist role with a leading fintech company.

The successful candidate will be joining a phone-based sales team for an award-winning platform connecting Australian business owners with funding to grow. We forecast record-breaking months and are seeking motivated individuals to achieve sales targets while earning attractive, uncapped commissions.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Handling warm inbound opportunities and nurturing previous clients
  • Maintaining relationships to generate repeat business
  • Assisting small business owners in comparing and applying for finance from over 80 lenders
  • Providing excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (face-to-face or phone-based)
  • Motivated by progression and uncapped commissions
  • Results-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest in finance
