Community Engagement and Partnerships Manager

Shaping community engagement, driving earned media, and forming strategic brand partnerships are key responsibilities of this role. We seek a skilled professional to own and execute our global community strategy across multiple platforms, scale and nurture our online community, build loyalty and advocacy, create innovative VIP and ambassador programs, act as the voice of our community, gather insights, plan and host engaging community events and initiatives, lead PR strategy, work closely with PR agencies, identify and secure strategic collaborations aligned with brand values, manage partnership negotiations, execution, and co-branded campaigns, and build long-term relationships that add value to both parties.

  • 6–10 years in social strategy, influencer marketing, community building, and partnerships in beauty, wellness, luxury, or premium lifestyle.
  • Proven track record growing channels organically and building vibrant communities.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram culture, algorithms, and UGC best practices.
  • Strong creative judgement, able to spot content that will perform and fit the brand aesthetic.
  • Experience designing or managing experiential events as content and engagement drivers.
  • Relationship-builder with media, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Confident in using analytics to optimise performance.
Success Metrics:
  • Growth in followers and engagement rate across multiple platforms.
  • Number and quality of user-generated content pieces sourced through campaigns and activations.
  • Content & Creative Quality
  • Number and impact of influencer/skinfluencer collaborations, measured by reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Number and quality of brand-to-brand partnerships executed, including co-branded campaigns.
  • Strength of relationships with key partners and collaborators, including feedback and repeat activations.
  • Earned media coverage in relevant consumer and lifestyle outlets.
  • Growth in executive/founder profile and brand credibility in key markets.
  • Quality social-first events executed, including launches, VIP meetups, and influencer activations.
  • Social engagement and UGC generated from events.
  • Media coverage and influencer amplification resulting from events.
