Job Opportunity

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment and delivering client success is critical to this role. We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Procurement / Commercial Support Officers and Commercial Managers to work across several complex projects in the Defence industry.

In this position, you will be working on high-profile projects for government clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value. You will need to have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, as well as experience with finance, cost control, and financial analysis and reporting.

About You
  • An existing or reinstatable Australian Defence security clearance (essential).
  • Demonstrated Procurement and Contract Management / Support experience within the Defence industry.
  • Proficient in using ASDEFCON suite within a Defence acquisition or sustainment environment.
  • Demonstrated experience across finance, cost estimation, pricing and financial analysis and reporting within the Defence industry (highly desirable).
  • Qualifications in either Law, Economics, Business, Procurement or Contract Management (highly desirable).
  • High levels of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Consulting experience (desirable). If not, we can teach you.
