Project Commercial Manager Needed

Due to multiple high-level healthcare projects and ongoing commercial initiatives, we have a vacancy in our Victorian team for a project-based role.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor the commercial and administration project team through to handover, taking ownership of all commercial aspects of a project.

This includes administering head contracts and subcontracts, developing procurement strategies, outlining cost controls, budgets, and managing project cash flow.

Key duties include leadership of the project Commercial team, ownership of contract administration, development and execution of procurement strategies, oversight of project cost controls, budget, and cash flow, and oversight of contracts and tender documentation.

  • Leadership of a team of Contracts Administrators
  • Administration of head contracts and subcontracts
  • Development and execution of procurement strategies
  • Oversight of project cost controls, budget, and cash flow
Requirements:
  • A construction management, building, or engineering degree with 10-15 years industry experience in contract administration
  • Healthcare project experience is highly regarded due to upcoming pipeline
  • Expertise in contract management, construction law, quantity surveying, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration
