About The Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services division is seeking an experienced Paint Supervisor/Foreperson to join our painting business in Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for managing staff, materials and equipment on each project, ensuring safe, successful and profitable outcomes that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and budget staff materials and equipment, conducting regular audits
  • Oversight of staff to ensure teams are on track to complete each project
  • Develop and maintain rapport with clients, providing timely and accurate updates
  • Perform various paint works on key client sites
  • Mitigate HSE risks and ensure all staff onsite have been inducted
  • Coach and develop operational staff
  • Additional duties as directed by the Project Manager

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a Painter or Paint Foreperson, a strong commitment to Programmed's values, and ideally want to grow a long-term career with us. Essential qualifications include a trade qualification in Painting and Decorating or similar, a current Driver's License, experience working as part of a team, ability to pass a police clearance and full medical, including D&A screening.
