**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Sales Trader to join our team. This role involves providing front-line support to clients across various channels, answering queries, and resolving trade disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, web chat, and social media
  • Answer client queries on all products and platforms
  • Resolving trade disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with technical support for clients using our front-end platforms and chart packages
  • Proactively engage with clients about financial markets and innovations
  • Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Genuine interest in the financial markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident use of basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Sales background an advantage
