Job Opportunity: Trade Sales Leader

We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales professional to lead our team in Melbourne. Our client has established a successful business based on strong customer service and a passion for supplying wall material and solutions to the trade, commercial, and residential builders.

With a wide range of internal & external wall cladding products from trusted Australian brands, they offer a diverse portfolio that caters to various needs.

About the Role

  • Lead a small team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and building strong relationships with key clients
  • Manage trade and retail counter sales, including order processing and coordination
  • Oversee logistics and procurement operations to ensure efficient stock management
  • Coordinate quotes and enquiries to meet customer needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to recognize opportunities and forecast sales growth
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Must have extensive trade-sales experience and a strong understanding of construction and wall cladding principles
  • Proven track record in similar roles with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
