Job Description
The General Manager - Commercial Operations is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow AHA (Vic) revenues through nurturing existing commercial partnerships and negotiating new revenue opportunities.
This role involves cultivating effective relationships with existing and potential commercial partners, negotiating partnership agreements and sponsorship packages, and identifying potential commercial operations risks and challenges.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and develop plans to achieve revenue growth.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to secure partnership agreements and sponsorship packages.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to cultivate relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders.
