Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

Your key responsibilities will include responding promptly to inbound enquiries, managing bookings and customer requests with efficiency and attention to detail, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and customer retention, accurately recording and processing customer interactions using CRM systems, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You
  • You possess exceptional customer service skills with a passion for achieving conversion targets.
  • You are a confident communicator with strong telephone and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • You have experience using CRM systems and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • You have a team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
  • You have familiarity with health, safety, and sustainability practices.
