Position Overview:The firm is in search of a proficient Employment Lawyer/Civil Litigation Lawyer (3-5 Years PAE) to enhance their dynamic team. In this position, you will tackle complex employment law and civil litigation issues, delivering expert counsel and representation to a diverse clientele. You will manage a variety of cases, from contentious workplace conflicts to intricate civil disputes, all while maintaining the firm's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:- Admission as a Lawyer in Queensland with a valid practicing certificate
- Proven experience in employment law and civil litigation (3-5 Years in private practice only)
- Capability to meet billable targets and mentor junior colleagues
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in managing a varied caseload with a high level of independence
