Senior National Psychologist Leader

This leadership opportunity is designed for an experienced psychologist to lead our national psychology division and drive operational excellence, high-quality servicing, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead Team: Oversee a nationwide team of psychologists, ensuring consistent service quality and compliance with evidenced-best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership: Directly manage State Managers and Psychology Clinic Managers, driving operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of psychological services in assessment and intervention across all current and future psychology service contracts.
  • Client Services Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of psychological services in assessment and intervention, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance Support: Foster the professional development of team members, encouraging high engagement and retention.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist, preferably endorsed in Clinical Psychology and Board-approved Supervisor status.
  • Extensive experience in various service areas, including NDIS, Medicare, Mindspot GP, EAP, Workers Compensation, and private client pathways.
  • Proven expertise in both intervention and assessment, with a preference for experience in complex neurodevelopmental disorder assessments.
  • Strategic thinking and multi-state team management skills.
  • Strong business development and networking skills to support divisional growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on continuous improvement.
