About the Role

  • We are seeking a skilled finance professional to lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice to stakeholders and collaborate with the ESG team in planning, preparing, and delivering ESG and sustainability financial related disclosures.
  • Coordinate the external audit process, acting as the key liaison between auditors and internal teams.
  • Manage and update finance and accounting policies, ensuring alignment with evolving accounting standards.
  • Communicate strategic updates to senior leadership on changes in financial reporting standards.
  • Execute core financial accounting tasks including general ledger postings, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.

This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape financial governance in a stable environment.

About You

  • You're a technically strong and commercially aware finance professional who thrives in a governance-focused role.
  • You bring a background in chartered accounting, ideally gained at a Big Four firm, either making your first move into industry or already bringing industry experience.
  • A solid understanding of accounting standards and how they apply within a business context.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement and financial integrity.
  • Experience in financial and sustainability reporting, policy development, and audit coordination.
