Fruit Category Leadership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of a large fruit category.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging leadership expertise to direct a team of direct reports
- Strategizing and executing category pricing, promotion, range selection, layout development, and product development initiatives
- Driving performance and results for the assigned category
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Transformation, and Strategy teams
- Nurturing strong relationships with suppliers, farmers, and growers
To excel in this role, you will require exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You will also need a comprehensive understanding of managing large categories, experience overseeing several suppliers, and leadership expertise to effectively manage a team.
