Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of our Joint Interface Control (JIC) System project. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expert team responsible for acquiring and integrating the JIC System, which facilitates assured exchange of tactical, operational, and strategic data across the Joint Force and coalition partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day management and delivery of the acquisition program, overseeing engineering, production, and installation of the JIC System.
  • Manage program risk, schedule, and program reporting in accordance with established processes.
  • Coordinate external resources, including vendors and support agencies.
  • Plan and coordinate program requirements and resources to meet integration objectives.
  • Prepare progress and status reporting to meet customer and organization requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders through continuous communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Program or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) competencies.
  • Sound understanding of military operations and proven understanding of Joint Operations.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a member of a high-performance team.
  • Strongly developed interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at an operational level.
