Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Service Band 1 professional to lead our cost estimation services and provide strategic program cost advice.

• Cost Estimation Services: Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for the Nuclear-Powered Submarines Program.
• Financial Cost Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial cost strategy for the agency, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Strategic Program Cost Advice: Offer expert advice on program cost management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, expertise in cost estimation, and excellent communication abilities. As a Senior Executive Service Band 1, you will work closely with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation, financial planning, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
