Strategic Partner Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Sales Manager to join our Korea Partner & Channel team at AU10 VMware Australia Pty Ltd.
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing the EUC business with our partner community in Korea.
You will work closely with our partners and distributors to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EUC technology and market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue with our partner community in Korea
- Work closely with our partners and distributors to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, pre-sales, and services departments
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the broader Korea EUC sales team, partner team, and marketing teams to accelerate key programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the EUC technology and market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with partners and customers
About the Team
The hiring manager for this role is Rajesh Deepchandani, Asia Pacific, EUC Director for Partners.
He leads a team of Partner Sales Managers responsible for developing and growing the EUC business with our partner community.
The team prioritizes sharing best practices and learning from each other, and connecting on a regular basis both online and face-to-face.
This role is remote and can be done from anywhere with a strong internet connection and limited distractions.
