Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Food Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food services team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in functions or be willing to learn, as well as a basic understanding of food safety and infection control principles. You will also possess exceptional organizational skills, being highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all food services, including function and conference catering, as well as meal services provided. You will develop a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for quality. Additionally, you will deal with performance-related issues, drive service excellence and continuous improvement, maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, and ensure strong compliance performance, supported by safety and quality audits.
